Being CTO, Ravi also leads the horizontal practices including Data & Analytics, Cloud, Automation, and other emerging technologies.
Ravi holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.

As Chief Information Security Officer, Abhijeet is responsible for driving the overall cybersecurity program for Iris Software. In that domain, he is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure that the company’s information assets and technologies stay protected.
Abhijeet is a transformational leader with 21 years of pan-industry experience in framing and deploying cybersecurity strategies, technology security integrations & operations, security solution design & deployment, security risk management, business continuity & disaster recovery planning, and data privacy.

Sharad brings to his role of leading human resources at Iris Software in India a wealth of experience gained from similar roles at other companies. Underpinning his success is an innate belief that “business is about people,” and that it is therefore important to understand “how to unleash the creative function of the employees,” so that they can excel in managing client portfolios.
Little wonder that Sharad has been ranked “India’s No. 2 HR Influencer” by the Society for Human Resource Management. At last count, he had 30,000 followers on LinkedIn and nearly 15,000 followers on Twitter. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, Sharad is also an avid blogger, and shares his insights on subjects ranging from mindfulness to talent hacking, technology and behavior.
David is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with managed services providers, or MSPs, with a goal of securing and maintaining a preferred or top partner status. He directs oversight of the MSP Client Operations team that is responsible for managing relationships with existing clients and day-to-day operations of these accounts. The prime driver of his work effort is around building relationships and an attitude of “How can we help you?”

With more than 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, field marketing and public relations, James has built his career on brand building, strategic communications and revenue acceleration from leading companies in the life sciences, technology and telecommunications industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA in marketing and information systems from Fordham University.
As the controller of Iris, Navin is responsible for the financial operations of the company. He is a Finance specialist in the IT services space with 14 years in the industry. His credo is data-driven decision making.
Navin is a Certified Public Accountant with over two decades of experience with global companies in a variety of areas including financial strategy and decision support, financial planning, comp plan design, cash and forex management, budgeting and reporting, statutory and management accounting, business controls and financial risk management, statutory compliance, costing of services, implementation of financial processes and procedures, setting up and integration of international legal entities, tax planning and management, procurement and vendor negotiation.
Navin is also a Chartered Accountant, Management Accountant, Company Secretary, and an MBA graduate.

An alum from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Sameer has more than 20 years of experience in the IT services industry. Prior to joining Iris Software, he has had a successful career at a large technology services company, where he built its banking and financial services business. He has extensive experience in the financial services domain, leading sales, client engagement and management, go-to-market strategies, alliances, and analyst and advisor relationships.
In his role as Vice President of Sales, Brett is a consummate relationship builder, leveraging his skills as a master storyteller. Collaboration and team building comes naturally to this 20-year IT veteran, and he excels in new business development, strategic account management and a distinct ability to appreciate the nuances of client needs. He builds on those with workable plans and delivers on them with high visibility. He is especially adept at serving clients in banking and financial services (BFS), and risk services.

A qualified chartered accountant, Sanjiv has a high signal-to-noise ratio that allows him extreme clarity into the task at hand.
Sanjiv was instrumental in incubating Friends of Seva Mandir and has served as a Board member for over 10 years. He is an avid yoga practitioner and a music buff. He creates playlists in his spare time and has some 40 playlists with more than 1,000 songs.
